Annual Reports now available

The Year 1 Annual Report NH Small MS4 General Permit is now available for viewing:

MS4 documents for both Allenstown and Pembroke available for viewing

MS4 documents have been uploaded for both Allenstown and Pembroke, and can been seen under the Communities section of this website. Documents include the Notice of Intent and related attachments, Stormwater Management Program, and the Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Plan. 

Permit Timeline

  • July 1, 2018

    Permit Effective

    General permits for stormwater discharges from small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4) become effective for Allenstown and Pembroke.  

  • October 1, 2018

    NOI Submittal

    Notice of Intent (NOI) prepared and submitted to EPA for permit coverage 90 days from the permit effective date.

  • June 30, 2019


    Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) completed. The SWMP describes and details the activities and measures that will be implemented to meet the terms and conditions of the permit. 

  • September 30, 2019

    Annual Report Submittal

    Year 1 Annual Report prepared and submitted to EPA within 90 days of the reporting period. The year 1 Annual Report will cover activities undertaken from May 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019.

  • June 30, 2023

    Permit Expiration

    The permit and the authorization to discharge expires at midnight for Allenstown and Pembroke.
