Think Blue Suncook is a partnership between the Towns of Allenstown and Pembroke and the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission (CNHRPC). We are working together to meet EPA’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) requirements. Our purpose is to be a resource that helps residents and businesses learn more about stormwater and steps that we can all take to reduce stormwater runoff and keep our water clean and healthy.
